All existing dams, rivers and sensitive areas will be contained within several green nodes. The golf course will link up with these green corridors so as to provide areas of both active and passive open spaces for the enjoyment of all residents within the estate.

The ecology of the natural landscape will be encouraged and enhanced as the vast open areas are restored, adding value to the urban environment.

The areas to the north and the west of the Jubilee development are surrounded by agricultural land. Urban agriculture will therefore create a logical buffer between this development and the surrounding areas. The planting of olive groves, fruit orchards and fynbos will transform the landscape.
